A pastel and vegetal wedding at the Mas du Boutonnet

Sweetness, spontaneity, and a pastel and vegetable decoration entirely made by the bride, discover today the pretty pictures of the wedding of Helen and Simon, photographed by Lika Banshoya

Hélène tells us a little more about their meeting… : “Our story began 10 years ago, both students, and after a few first appointments a bit awkward, we did not leave each other.

The proposal

Part for 1 year in Montreal as part of my studies, Simon surprised me by landing there to make me his proposal. He had put in a secret friend who also lived in Montreal and, thinking to go out with this friend, I found myself at the entrance of an apartment, Simon opening the door and kneeling to ask me to become his love for life …
Two years later, we celebrated our love in the presence of our families and friends in the heart of the Alpilles, where we met.

The wedding

From the Town Hall to the opening of the ball is a whirlwind of emotions. Result is not a legend, time goes to everything at pace! Fortunately we had the help of our loved ones throughout the preparations and thanks to them, we arrived on D-Day “almost relaxed”. Everything went perfectly. A civil ceremony with an extra mayor. A secular ceremony animated by masters of ceremony at the top, uncle musicians, beautiful speeches and many, many emotions. But also exceptional guests and extra providers who ensured the smooth running of the day. We were perfectly surrounded and it is thanks to all these people that this day was so perfect.

Our best memory

The secular ceremony, with the speeches of our loved ones, between laughter and tears.

A tip for the other couples

Delegate as much as possible on the day and organize the program of the day. But also trust the people around you. They know you better than anyone and can book you some nice surprises if you give them a little latitude. “
