Love Find Co. is born out of the desire to offer a bridal fashionable digital platform that caters to stylish and fashionable brides. I saw this opportunity as a niche in the nuptial fashion market. There was also a real niche to take on this market, especially in Australia, where we created Love Find Co.
Love Find Co.’s mission is to inspire future brides, but also to help them find their dress and accessories for the big day. We have a “Dress Concierge” service, where brides can find local designers to suit their aspirations and budget for fitting near their home town. In addition to the “Dress Concierge” service, we have an e-shop to allow our brides to complete their look.
Brides-to-be discovering Love Find Co. mostly through our blog articles, which aim to make them discover the trends, the collections of referenced designers and inspire them for their big day. We also love communicating our aesthetics on social networks like Instagram and Pinterest, where we publish the designer creations that we refer to, be they dresses or accessories.
The idea came gradually through discussions, different ideas and inspirations. I started my career in the fashion industry at the Institute of Design in Sydney, where I acquired fundamental skills in terms of design, portfolio preparation and shooting. Luckily, I started working with some of the most advanced designers in Australia. It was at this moment that I became aware of the different opportunities present in the marriage sector, especially with regard to directories and e-shops. I have clearly identified a need for specialized digital platforms for brides.
I had the opportunity to come to France for 6 months, it was impossible for me not to shoot in Paris. From the moment I arrived in France, I started to create moodboards, gather ideas and a team.
The inspiration of this shooting is very editorial, couture, Parisian. The apartment itself is very full of all these inspirations, I could not dream more beautiful setting for this Parisian shooting; its large windows, moldings, parquet herringbone, mirrors dressed in gilding …
The shooting was photographed by Elise from Matterhorn Photography, I had great pleasure working with her. Elise greatly helped me to put in pictures an editorial that would show these very strong and fashionable looks. The beauty was provided by Mylène Barcelona, who is one of the most talented makeup artists in the industry.
I chose to show looks that were really daring and different in fashion, including Rime Arodaky’s Duncan dress, Australian designers such as One Day Bridal, Georgia Young Couture, Mariana Hardwick, but also New Yorker Naeem Khan, and Liz Martinez, based in Israel. I’ve chosen pieces from designers around the world, but these pieces all have points in common, they embody the spirit of the bride Love Find Co; sharp, elegant and modern.
