A rustic garden inspired wedding

Un mariage naturel dans les bois - Mademoiselle Do - La mariée aux pieds nus

When wild nature, elegant embroidery and cozy candles are gathered, you get a beautiful natural wedding, punctuated with delicate details that make sense. Today, I’m happy to share with you the pretty pictures of this editorial imagined by Atelier Aimer and photographed by Mademoiselle Do

Marie, the florist, tells us more about her inspirations : “Nature is my first inspiration. I like its wild side, the poetry of wild grass, I like to see it taking back its rights and gently interfere in the slightest gap. Wild, poetic : these words were our guiding thread to create the atmosphere of this styled shoot. Dorothée (Mademoiselle Do) and Matt (Marions-nous dans les bois) were able to gently and naturally capture all the details and the spirit of this beautiful day, as Emmanuel Ligner’s deep, timeless, rough-filmed portraits with collodion, full of nuances and poetry, sublimate our couple, Anaïs and Quentin.”

“The emotion was there for our lovely couple, as the shooting was an opportunity for them to exchange their vows and to put words on their feelings, their vision of their couple and their future. They also discovered what both had written only when the video was unveiled to them, it was a very moving moment ! “

“The table designed by Christelle (Rosa Event Design), is simple and authentic, and contains beautiful details, highlighting the different materials and textures : the delicate ceramics of Margot Coville, the vintage dishes of Le Grenier de Rosa, the beautiful stationery created especially for this styled shoot by Graphikkart, and the wild and poetic floral compositions of Atelier Aimer.”

“Mingle noble flowers and wild herbs, fresh and dried plants, wild foliage and berries to bring naturalness : this is my way of working and composing. That’s how I imagined this great decor on the mantel, whose organic form and past colors echo the patinated walls and old stones of the place. Above the table, I created a vegetal cloud that seems to float and brings a beautiful perspective.

In addition, having in mind to master the ecological footprint of my work, I do not use floral foam for my compositions, only structures that can be reused or valued.”

“Organic and natural shapes are also found in the embroidered details and the fluidity of the beautiful dress made especially by Isabelle Payet, as well as in the embroidered accessories of vegetable inspiration, poetic and delicate, shaped by Nathalie Grelier.

Finally, as an true epicurean, I could not imagine a wedding without sweets : the table was quickly set up to receive the beautiful and good desserts prepared by Nina. ”
